- Allows you to attach optic and light/laser/accessory closer together and on the same mount for improved weapon handling and faster target acquisition, especially on SMG/PDW type weapons with limited rail space
- Increases optic centerline to 2.91", ideal for for the modern warfighter using NODs / helmet mounted earpro/ etc. The higher sight picture allows the operator to roll the firearm from left eye to right eye without changing grip (a must for negotiating corners in CQB) and maintaining a "plates forward" posture to threats.
