How long will my delivery take?
We try to ship most items in 1-2 business days, though depending on item availability, the lead time may be longer. Please contact us if you have questions about delivery time for a specific product.
Where are Bifrost Gear Ballistic Helmets manufactured?
While we are committed to using made in the USA parts and labor whenever possible, for the moment our ballistic helmets are pressed in China to Bifrost Gear specifications, and independently tested in the USA by a certified lab to NIJ standards. All quality assurance, final assembly, and packaging is performed by Bifrost Gear in the USA, and we hope to offer a 100% USA manufactured Berry Amendment compliant helmet in the near future.

Do you offer a military/LEO discount?
Most of our customers are active duty military or law enforcement already and we build that into our pricing, so we don't offer any additional discounts over our existing everyday low prices. We do have tax exempt, volume discounts available if you are ordering multiple products for your agency or unit though, please contact us if that is your situation.
